Love for the Glove

  • November 22, 2019
  • Baseball, Milwaukee

To celebrate the Milwaukee Brewers’ 50th anniversary the team paired the logo makeover announcement with the grand re-opening of the team store.

I may be biased, but the Brewers have the best fans in Major League Baseball. Sharing that passion was rewarded as the Milwaukee Brewers invited me out to Miller Park to celebrate the return of our beloved ball-in-glove logo.

I’m particularly fond of the “Wheat Ball” mark, it’s clever and perfectly attuned to the ball-in-glove logo. I’m also in love with the updated, and slightly more menacing, Barrelman.

The Brewers were so generous with the gifts, thank you!

I may have gone a bit overboard as I also picked up a new cream-colored Christian Yelich home jersey. Love, love, LOVE paying homage to Milwaukee’s Cream City nickname. Check out those details!

My love and loyalty for the Brewers runs deep and it’s amazing to have the team recognize and reward the passion of their fans. It truly is a #gLOVEstory!

P.S.S.S. If you haven’t made it down to the team store, here are a few extra pics of some merchandise that was straight fire. That wolf grey and classic “M” – OH MY! My Christmas list is already full!
