The relaunch of FirestoneCompleteAutoCare.com featured a visually appealing design that elevates the brand, a user experience that is simple and gets out of the way, and an infrastructure that drives business.
Every aspect of the redesigned site is to build a strong relationship and loyalty with the customer. The My Firestone mobile application takes that a step further buy providing real value to customers. It will track your vehicle mileage, makes maintenance recommendations, gives tips on saving gas, summons roadside assistance, remembers where you parked, and – of course – helps buy tires.
The end result is consumer loyalty, as we meet their needs while continuing the relationship long after the sale, keeping Firestone top-of-mind down the road.
